Shipping Methods

  • Economy (10-18 business days) = $15, Free Economy Shipping Orders $60+ 

Orders placed before 11 AM CT will be processed 1-2 days from the day the order is placed.  Orders placed after 11 AM CT will be processed 1-2 days from the day after the order was placed. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Times below for more information on processing and shipping timelines.

Here is what will happen after you place an order:

  • Processing of your order: order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our logistics department processes the orders, which takes between 1 - 2 days. Processing times do not include weekends or US public holidays, orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  • Shipping of your order: The items from your order will be shipped from our warehouse to your destination. All orders with standard shipping options are shipped by a service called "e-packet", which is a US Postal Service product, express orders are shipped by DHL with an express shipping option. After processing the items will leave our warehouse and will be delivered to the provided address at the check-out.

The type of carrier used for your order will depend on service availability within your specific area. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Shipping is subject to change due to holiday schedules; some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season. Any issues with the delivery of your order must be reported within 14 days of the ship date. Mark Ryden USA cannot be responsible for packages after that time.

Customs duty is a tax that is determined by the customs authority of your country based on product type, value, weight and dimensions. Customs duty is established by your customs authority. Duty, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are required to pay duties or taxes by your customs authority you must pay this to the shipping carrier prior to receiving the package. Once the taxes are paid you will be allowed to pick up the package or the shipping courier will drop it off at your doorstep. Please contact the carrier to inquire about their policy.

Our company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the transport company and force majeure. Our company is not responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time and we will not issue a refund in case of a shipping delay. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and our company does not take responsibility for late delivery times. Please contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery time issues. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the designated carrier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address. In case the shipping courier will not reach you at provided address and phone number, we are not responsible for arranging repeated delivery.

 

Shipping to UPS Access Points

Select UPS Local Pickup at checkout and choose a convenient Access Point of your choice. Your items will be shipped to your Access Point, and you will be notified of delivery via email. When collecting your order, you will be asked to show a valid government ID and tracking number. UPS Access Point hours will vary; they will display when you select your pickup location. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

All shipments sent to P.O. boxes are sent Economy. Delivery generally can take up to 10 business days.

 

Shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, and Hawaii

Economy shipments to these countries may take up to extra fifteen (15) business days and Free Shipping option is not available for these locations.

 

Shipping to the U.S. Virgin Islands

All shipments to the U.S. Virgin Islands are sent via Economy and can only be delivered to residential addresses. Deliveries may take up to extra fifteen (15) business days.
